Waheng Sdn Bhd was established since ***9 years ago in Melaka, Malaysia. Our company was one of the pioneers and oldest in the saw milling, processing and treating of rubberwood sawn timber in Malaysia. Much experience was gained throughout the years and the company became well known for its excellent Tropical and Rubberwood timber production. In year ***0, we focus on the manufacturing of rubberwood sawn timber and become the most important products we ever made in our company's history. Around year ***3, the company changed its focus and invested in new production facilities (Finger-Jointed Laminated Board Production Line) to manufacture more value added products to cater to the demands from furniture manufacturers within Malaysia as well as demands from other countries. In year ***8, additional new investment was made to acquire a state-of-the-art Block Board Production Line in order to cater for the domestic demand as well as oversea market for Block Boards whose customers bought it and slice to make into Veneer Products. Now, our company is focusing on developing a wider customer base for this new product. All our valued customers would be most welcomed to visit our factory for a first hand evaluation of our production facilities which includes: Saw Milling, Vacuum-Pressure Impregnation, Kiln Drying, Wood Working Machineries, Conditioning Room and Finger-Jointed Laminated Board & Block Board Production Lines. Our production facilities also cater to the manufacture of semi-finished products such as mouldings, clamped boards, finger-jointed laminated board and laminated block for the domestic and overseas furniture manufacturing industries. The main species used is Rubberwood, but we are planning to offer other local hardwood species like Merbau, Kempas, Nyatoh, etc and other imported hardwood species like Oak, Maple, Birch, etc for the laminated board and block (Other wood species may be considered subject to availability) in near future.
