Mannheim potassium sulfate project is a new
technology developed by our company researchers.The core of the
technology is based on the way of German dry-roasting method to
produce sulfuric acid,we improve a new reactor from Mannheim
furnace structure, which combined with other special equipments,
successfully solving the problem of corrosion material issues with
the high temperature, strong acid environment. and continuous feed
production process issues. Compared with similar foreign
equipment, It has the advantages of less investment, short
construction period (about four - six months), high degree of
automation, equipment operation and stability, high thermal
efficiency, high operability, high product yield, reliable quality,
environmental effect. From engineering design, equipment
manufacture, installation and production processes, product
testing，all sets of technology and equipments are
completed by our Company, and it has been successful usd in
domestic and foreign countries and achieved good
