I recall giving a speech at an industry forum in Europe on this subject where I spoke about the importance of value addition, cultural knowledge, personal interaction and relationships in our business. I believed that our role would sustain despite the Internet making the world a smaller place.
Most people present were not convinced but fortunately time has proved me right and the EUX GROUP employees who have worked with us over the years played a vital role in the realization of that vision.
