Started since 1930, the golden boot (golden shoe) made by Adidas is awarded to the FIFA world cup player with the highest number of goals in the tournament. This award resembles a shoe made from pure Gold which was worth $1.5 million in 2011 when valued as per the gold rates in that year. Cristiano Ronaldo received it in the same year for scoring the highest number of goals in the World Cup battles.
According to the craftsmanship, the boot resembles a football show with the same design and pure aesthetics but the only difference in material used is pure gold. Since 1930 the design has changed and been revamped every other tournament which happens to take place every four years, but the end-result has always been the same! FINEST is the better word to describe the gold craft known as the Golden Boot!
If more than one player has done the same number of goals in the end of the tournament, the tie-breaker goes in the favour of the player with the most number of assists (calculated by the FIFA Technical Study Group). If the number coincides again after being calculated than the FIFA’s official decision rests with the player who has done the tying performance in the least amount of time!
All of this is calculated before the Golden Show is awarded and in 2011 Cristiano Ronaldo got the highlighted craft from Adidas. No one would be willing to donate this to anyone else, or we believe it so?
