Holiday traveling was never so challenging and as it is about to happen in this Christmas as counter-terrorism agencies of US and UK are considering total ban over hand-carried bags on board by the counter-terrorism agencies of US and UK for potential threats from terrorist organizations.

Such prohibition will be enforced till the end of Christmas starting from now as some serious threats received by intelligence for targeting planes across the Europe before Christmas vacations take place.

NPR news agency reported that, the intelligence of both countries claimed that the international terrorist organizations may be plotting a futuristic act over airplanes in Europe anytime before Christmas holidays. Therefore, in the wake of threat, they are looking for precautionary measures by banning hand-carried luggage for a specific time-frame.

The authorities explained that they have been severely taking this challenge for the weeks now since they came to know about prestigious planning to target five commercial planes during Christmas season. The major part of the plotting based on smuggle bombs on aircrafts, which will move under the premises of Europe (internal cities), but not likely to smuggle on such planes headed towards the US.

On the other hand, US executives notified NPR that although they are very much familiar with the terrorism activity but not sure how much the plan had been accomplished and how much the impacts would have taken place.

Therefore, the authorities have decided to put a ban of hand-carry bags in order to wipe out the most likely threat at utmost level and stop the terrorist group from making any unpleasant instance. However, it is still not clear when the authorities would go through it.

In addition, the agencies have also thrown away the ideas of banning electronic items while traveling. This mean the passengers would not be allowed to bring or carry any electronic devices like iphone, iPad during boarding, which they claimed may help in detecting pocket bombs as well.
