TRIAL

It acts upon the three causes of body fat accumulation.

1. PREVENTIVE:It decreases the Lipogenesis.

Lipogenesis  is carried out fundamentally due to the inhibitions of the transporter of glucose inside the adipocyte (Glut4)  and of the synthesis of intra adipocytary fatty acids, which contribute to the non-presence of substrates for the synthesis of triglycerides and therefore to the reduction of the growth of new fat.*

2. TREATMENT:It stimulates the Lipolisis.

It carries it out through a direct stimulation of the Sensible Lipase Hormone and an inhibition of the Phosphodiesterase with the consequent intra adipocyte increase of AMPc.

It therefore increases the degradation velocity of the triglycerides in the adipose cells and therefore it reduces the quantity of fat that exists.*

3. MAINTENANCE:It decreases the Adipogenesis. 

This is carried out fundamentally due to an inhibition of the activity of perilipin, which enables a greater activity of the Sensible Lipase Hormone at the vacuole fat level. Likewise there is an inhibition of the activity of Caveoline, responsible for the conformation of membrane receptors and for the transportation of Glut4, which would alter the inclusion of the glucose inside the cell and therefore restricting the maturing of the pre – adipocyte, therefore it is useful in order to prevent the forming of new adipose cells.

These factors acting as a whole do not allow for the adipocyte to develop and mature.*

During the lipolytic process, L-Carnitine decreases the availability of the fatty acids and the frees glycerol in the adipocytes.*

During this process, the triglycerides break down in two fractions; the glycerol and the fatty acids. These sterified fatty acids have a limited capacity of getting into the mitochondria therefore it is necessary to use a physiological carrier to carry out this step. This transporter is L-Carnitine.  *

Thanks to L_carnitine, the activated fatty acids are deviated towards the oxidation and they are not used by the body in the neoformation of TGC (triglycerides), therefore, having less cytoplasmatic bioavailability of activated fatty acids. This is why it is known as an all-consuming molecule that devours fats because its main function is to transport the fatty acids inside the mitochondria.*
