Buyer signs FCO + Acceptance Letter, and sends back same to the seller. 4. Seller sends proof of availability of the total product for export, certified by the Moscow Chamber of Commerce + Ministry of Justice, through electronic mail. 5. Seller sends the DC to the buyer for approval, editing changes where necessary, and sends back the DC to the seller for final PERUSAL and subsequent Endorsement. ANY FASCIMILE COPY IS TEMPORARILY TAKEN AS ORIGINAL. 6. UPON ACCEPTANCE OF DC, BUYER AND SELLER EXECUTE THE CONTRACT. 7. Buyer book and pay for port storage facility/vessel/product security and or dispatch of full POP through seller’s “ATTORNEY” ACCOUNT. Seller registers the contract in Russian chamber of commerce/Ministry of Energy. 8. Seller’s bank verifies the financial viability of the buyer{POF}. 9. Seller sends through courier service the HARD COPY of the Contract.*0. Buyer’s and Seller’s banks communicate and agree on the final wording of DLC.*1. Seller’s bank notifies the buyer’s bank that they are ready to issue non-operative 2% PB to the buyer’s bank. *2. The 2% PB will be placed in the buyer’s bank account. Should the Seller FAIL to supply the cargo of the products-on monthly basis [as mentioned above], this 2% will be paid to the buyer.*3. Seller’s bank issue non-operative 2% PB to the Buyer’s bank.*4. Buyer’s bank issue **0% irrevocable, non-transferable, revolving, DLC for cargo shipment delivery and activated 2% PB. *5. The SGS inspection charges will be borne by the Seller.*6.
