Product Description

Waste Oil Distillation plant works as follows:
1. Pump waste oil into distillation reactor by oil pump.
2. Heat the reactor, and the liquid oil will slowly become oil gas, oil gas will go through catalytic chamber and condenser, then diesel will be cooled out first by controlling the temperature over 150 Celsius degrees.
3.The gasoline will be cooled out when the temperature is below 150 Celsius degrees, the rest of the system is same as pyrolysis system.

Two products can be obtained from the used motor oil to diesel fuel recycling machinery plant, 80%-85% diesel, 15%-25% asphalt. For the 80-85% diesel oil, you can used it into heavy machinery, gernerator, and boiler. For the 15%-25% asphalt, could be used for paving, or directly sold to asphalt refineries for further refining.

Main Technical Characteristics
1. The key unit adopts vacuum catalytic cracking technology and chemical extraction technology.

b. The pressure release device operates through water circulation, which greatly improves the security
of the system.
c. The release of pressure during the production dramatically increases the output within certain time.
d. The heating system adopts hot air heating technology, which improves the safety performance production and heating efficiency.
e. High efficiency fuel gas heating system to save energy greatly.

The total production consumption 
1. Power: 18KW to higher KW/hour in total (but it is not every device start at the same time).
2. Cooling circuit water: 50m3/hour in total (the water can be recirculated and the more the water flow,the better the cooling down).
3. Fuel for heating:
   50-60KG coal for processing one ton raw oil for average.
4. Space for machine: 200 square meter

The warranty period for reactor and other parts except spare parts is 1 year. The problem caused by wrong operation of workers shall not be responsible by our company.
