PROCEDURE - CI DIP & PAY - NOVO

• 1. Buyer sends ICPO and CP
• 2. Seller provides Commercial Invoice with title details and documentation. The NCNDA / IMFPA will be provided for the both sides to fill out and return at the same time.
• 3. Buyer performs dip test & payment to the seller and simultaneously makes
• payment into all agent's / facilitator's accounts on the NCNDA/IMFPA.
  • The vessel will be freshly loaded with new SGS report by end of this week in Novo.
  • The buyer has the option to use that report instead of their own dip test.
  • The Invoice must be paid by Swift MT**3 against Dip test.
  • All banking charges from the Buyer’s bank shall be borne by the buyer and all banking
  • charges incurred by the Seller at Seller’s bank shall borne by the Seller.
• 4. Buyer re-charters the vessel and sails to the desired CIF port after payment confirmation.
