   Internal overload protection is build into motor and compressor. Additional thermal overload protects 
the entire machine. Thermostat cuts off machine when over-freezing, low voltage, high pressure etc.

   Grand mix with more air to a sofer and smoother ice cream. Offering high overrun *0%**0%, save cost of mixture material 

• Pre-cooling system(Model number with letter"M")

   Separate hopper refrigeration, by separate compressor solenoid valve to precool mix and maintain mix  below 4.5ƒ.

• Keep fresh system(Model number with letter"M1")

   During long nouse periods, the keep fresh system maintains safe product temperature in the mix hoppers and freezing cylinders.

• Rainbow system

   Adding syrup to ice cream, make tasty and colourful ice cream.
