5 in 1 Scouring Pretreatment Agent MCH***7

[Introduction]

5 in 1 scouring pretreatment agent MCH***7 is a composite type, multifunctional oxygen bleaching agent. Its excellent effect is reflected in its use to replace the traditional process of oxygen bleaching stabilizer, scouring agent, chelating agent, penetrant and caustic soda (5 in 1), reduce the production cost, shorten the oxygen bleaching process, especially for double-oxygen bleaching processing of cotton, hemp and their blended fabrics.

[Product features of 5 in 1 Scouring Pretreatment Agent]

1. Highly simplified oxygen bleaching process.

2. In the process, the oxidation function of hydrogen peroxide is more stable, complete.

3. After oxygen bleaching, fabrics degrease completely with higher white degrees.

4. Can effectively prevent the decline of oxygen bleached fabrics strength (especially hemp fabric is more obvious).

5. If choose resistance-H2O2 direct dyes, scouring-bleaching-dyeing can bath together.

6. Dyeing after bleaching it has good levelness, avoid imperfect dyeing because of uneven adding alkali treatment.

[Usage]

Dosage and reference process:

Firstly, use hot water (about *0°C) dissolve the MCH***7 completely. Secondly, diluted it and put into the machine. Then, add the H2O2, mixture working liquid.

1. Oxygen bleaching of cotton knitted fabric:

5 in 1 scouring pretreatment agent
