The waste heat boiler is adopted needle pipe to strengthen the extended heating surface of the heat transfer components, the heating surface of both sides of water pipe can be greatly increased, meanwhile the strong turbulence formed by the flue gas flowing through the surface of needle pipe can improve the heat transfer efficiency and reduce the soot accumulation, the waste heat boiler is with advantages of compact structure, high heat efficiency, long working life, safe and reliable features, simply maintenance. Features of waste heat exchanger boiler：

1. Pin tube waste heat exchanger boiler is adopted needle pipe heat transfer enhanced components, to enlarge heat transfer area **8 times, improve the heat transfer coefficient 2 times and increase the heat transfer efficiency *4 times.
2. Waste heat hot water boiler has self-cleaning capability, the strong turbulence formed by the flue gas flowing through the surface of needle pipe can improve the heat transfer efficiency and reduce the soot accumulation,
