Thermal spraying with zinc wire was *9.*9%, when the atmospheric conditions  is not in serious corrosion (such as dry weather), can reduce the the purity to *9.*5%.Zinc has good plasticity, can draw wire material, used for wire arc spraying and flame spraying.When in the flame spraying, purity of zinc in the process of spraying generally will not change.

2.The parent material will not change. Because when spraying, the parent material will become small due to low temperature.
