Air coat plus is a product that is composed of mineral powder
copolymer emulsion as inorganic composite elastic repellent. Air
coat mini has a very
excellent crack resistance to architecture, civil engineering
structures and is the perfect product to the job site
where
the elastic waterproofing membrane is required to products
with durability and excellent adhesion and elasticity during
the waterproofing and
protection of concrete surface.

Construction / Surface
Treatment
① If the crack is 0.3mm or more before construction, knead air
coating plus to repair the place V-cutted
② Other possible irregularities on part of the surface grind
with a hand grinder or grinding
③ completely remove dirt, grease, laitance, and other foreign
material of the paint on surface of the construction
④ After treatment with water to remove surface dust
⑤ Sites that have been applied by urethane or epoxy, to remove
the part of the lifting
⑥ If there is no lifting site that has been applied to the
epoxy, always remove the scratch on surface.
Construction / coating
work
① Apply the Air plus primer coat evenly on the construction
site with a brush or roller
② After the operation is completed, by mixing the powder and
liquid air coated mini, and the primary coating
③ Secondary coating is applied after completion of the primary
drying of the surface state of the primary coating and then
applied
to the direction of displacement
④ Summer season curing time according to a temperature change,
there may be some differences
⑤ After construction is complete, in order to avoid physical
damage to the passage that shall be prohibited. (*4 hours)
Construction and maintenance
① Ventilate the room well when working with the dry
curing
② Swelling phenomenon occurs after curing has a suitable area
to cut and repair

● Temperature is less than 3 ℃, *0 ℃ and above, to avoid
construction
● If adhere to your skin, wash thoroughly with soap and
water
● Please keep out of reach of children
● Do not freeze during the winter storage
● Compliance with prescribed mixing ratio, and use it *0
minutes after the formulation
● If the rain is expected within 6 hours, construction is
prohibited.
