As the name suggests, paperboard is a thick paper-based material—it’s stronger and more versatile than paper.

In order for paperboard to be leakproof and to handle hot food, it needs to be coated or lined. The most common lining is PE or PLA, but our range uses a unique aqueous lining.

Paperboard packaging with aqueous lining is recyclable, renewable and even if it does end up as litter, it will still go back to nature on its own.

Recyclable: Unlike PLA lined paperboard, it can be recycled without additional processes.

Soil friendly : the material naturally decomposes in six months or less.

Certified: will fully decompse through commercial (**3 months) and home (6 months) decompositions methods.
