Buyer is either welcome to buy from the seller on FOB bases as follows:

1: buyer /buyers mandate must come and meet the seller at our the
sales office/ port of loading to see, view physically, our local
mining operations, our gold stock, do practical inspection, re-
testing/re-verifications of the gold and do the signing and sealing of
the contract at the sellers table in Mali.
2: after the buyer receives the refinery assay analysis/purity report
from the refinery in Mali buyer will pay us (seller) in full amount of
the total gold sales value of the refined gold cargo by cash or by
bank wire transfer (T/T) to our nominated bank.
3: buyer or buyers mandate shall export, ready purchased/bought gold
from the seller in Mali to any of the buyers final destination.

or buyer can buy on CIF terms as follows:
1.Even on CIF procedure we still welcome an interested and ready
capable buyer or buyers mandate to come for the table to table meeting
(TTM) with the seller at the sellers office/port of loading to view
physically, do inspection, re- testing/re-verifications of the Gold
and signing and sealing of the contract at the sellers office table
before export/shipment to the buyers destination is executed.
2. Export/Shipping & Delivery shall be immediately after buyer/buyers
Representative signs and seals the contract with the seller.
3.Buyer/buyers Representative will pay or share to pay export taxes
with the seller for both seller and buyer to fly together with the
gold cargo fully/legally documented to the buyers destination for the
final payments after the refinery assay/ purity report by Bank wire
transfer ( T/T ).
4. Final payment will be the balance /remaining after the buyer
deducts the prepaid export money.
This shall be in a mutual accord and agreement by both sides.

Hopefully, we are ready to work with any serious and active buyer base
on our quality gold dust, gold bars and gold nuggets with terms and
conditions interwined stated above.
