DESCRIPTION

Produced mainly from Rosella wheat which is a variety of soft wheat, the soft wheat flour (Cake flour) therefore has a lower protein level and lower gluten content than other Kialla wheat flours. Retains a substantial proportion of wheat's nutrients, although much of the dietary fibre is lost by removing the bran. Has a creamy colour and is more flavorsome than most commercially available cake flours. Must be refrigerated or frozen to retain freshness. USES: An excellent flour for cakes, biscuits and pastries.

SAFETY AND STORAGE DATA

There are no known risks assoiciated with the handling or processing of this product. Post harvest grain is cooled by night aeration for *4 days in silos then fumigated with Carbon Dioxide to a level of *7.5% for a minimum *0 days. Once the grain is cleaned, processed and packaged it is stored in cool rooms at a maximum temperature of *1 degrees celsius. These rooms are dry and free from toxic chemicals, odours, insects and rodent infestation. It is recommended that product be stored under constant cool, dry conditions to maintain optimum freshness. No responsibility is taken for product if stored in humid, hot, dusty or infested storage. Our recommended shelf life for this product is *2 months after the production date but we will accept no responsibility for infestation once product has been accepted into the customers&#x***9;s storage facility.
