This is a single cavity plastic injection mold which WIT MOLD build for our American customer MPC, part material is PP, and part weight is **0g, the mould sizes is **0X**0X**0mm,and the mould weight is ***0kg, the injection scheme is sprue gate and the gate vestige cut my manual.
 
Mechanical actions includes two mechanical slider and one spring block, in order to keep the cooing balance, we also bring cooling channel into all mechanical actions.
 
Highlights for this mould is by the using of Moldflow during the mould design, the mould designer analyzed the part filling, packing, and deflection, through the optimization come from the result of Moldflow analysis, the designer successfully reduce the cycle time from *0s to *8s, improved by *4%.the machining time of the mold is *0 days, and the customer approve the mold by the second trial.
