The casting dimension precision can reach the level ISO ***2 CT****4, and the surface roughness attains Ra *2.5. At present castings can be made in units weighing up to approximately ****0 kg in casting iron or ****0 kg in casting steel.
Secondly, we have advanced heat treatment plants and machining centers, which ensure the best quality and assembly accuracy. Patterns can also be procured by us, ensuring that everything is supplied from a single source.
Thirdly, with ten-year unremitting endeavor we have accumulated considerable experience in the whole manufacture and machining process, and we also have good control of the AS, DIN, ASTM, GOST and ISO standards not only in composition, mechanical property, but also in the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).
