Properties
Using CIT/MIT as the main active component, DM***6 is the
efficient, broad-spectrum, low toxicity preservative. Its active
component can kill micro-organisms by penetrating the
microorganisms’ cell wall into the interior of cells and combine
with base on the nucleic acid. Its mechanism determines its
efficiency and broad-spectrum and it is also difficult for
micro-organisms to produce drug-resistant. DM***6 is prepared
targeting at the paper machine wet end and will not have a negative
impact on the papermaking process for not causing equipment
corrosion and fibers damage. It can effectively improve the paper
machine cleanliness and reduce the number of cleaning to enhance
the paper level. Besides it has better antiseptic effect on the
primary pulp.

Usage and
Dosage
The dosage of
DM***6 is related to the raw materials and the number of
microorganisms in the current system. With the increase of
micro-organisms number, the effective concentrations also need to
increase. For the bacteria control in pulp, paper and paperboard
system,calculating according to the produced
paper weigh,the general dosage is
0.*5~0.5kg/ton. DM***6 can be added to the original water, beating,
broke system, white-water systems and pulp pools. DM***6 is usually
added to the paper machine systemsintermittently or continuously to control and reduce the number
ofmicro-organisms. Actual usage should be based on the
seriousness of pollution and toxicity experiments.
Package and Storage
The product is packed in *5/**0 liter plastic bucket or packed
in required specification, stored in cool and well-ventilated
place. Product storage period is for one year.
Notes
This product is a weak acid substance, to avoid mixing with
strong acidic, oxidizing, reducing materials. Please wear
appropriate protective equipment, rubber gloves, goggles and so on.
Keep it under seal.
