1. Seller and buyer agreed on procedures, and
seller releases to buyer draft SPA. Buyer signed and returned with
ATB format and supercargo/inspector copies of international
passports as IDs.
2. Buyer through his bank request for 2%
Performance Bond (pd) from sellers bank, to be activated by buyer
SBLC/LC MT**0 within three banking days.
N/B:- IMMEDIATELY BUYER SIGNS AND RETURNS THE SPA, WE WILL FORWARD
TO BUYER THE VERBIAGE OF RWA LETTER BUYERS BANK WILL SEND BY SWIFT
TO SELLERS BANK REQUESTING FOR THE 2% PERFORMANCE BOND TO BE
ACTIVATED BY BUYERS SBLC/LC (MT**0) WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS.
3. Sellers bank issues the 2%PB to buyers bank,
and buyers bank release the SBLC/LC MT**0 to sellers
bank.
4. Sellers bank confirms the SBLC/LC MT**0 from
buyers bank.
5. Sellers nominated vessel for buyer, load cargo
and vessel captain send attestation confirm the loaded vessel.
6. Captain of loaded vessel issue ETA to
buyer/Ghana/Cotonou waters.
7. Captain releases departures message and
moves/sail to Ghana/Cotonou waters.
8. Vessel arrive Ghana/Cotonou waters, Captain
announces arrival and issue ATB to buyer supercargo/inspectors to
come on board for Q&Q test.
9. After Q&Q test, inspection company
releases report to both buyer and seller.
*0. Seller introduces buyer to the vessel handlers and buyer
re-charters the vessel.
*1. Buyers bank makes payment by KTT wire Transfer to sellers
bank account and all the agents/facilitators as per SPA.
*2. Seller and all the agents/facilitators as per spa confirm
payment in their respective bank accounts.
*3. Seller releases cargo documents and loaded vessel sails
to destination.
*4. Next transaction commences.

1. The Seller and Buyer sign and seal the (SPA) contract
incorporating their full banking details Including Their Brokers
Banking Details. Parties shall deposit copy of the properly
executed contract with their banks for record and information
purposes.
2. Buyers bank issues IBPU or a Bank Payment Assurance Letter or
Bank Financial Capability Letter or RWA to sellers bank and send a
copy to seller/mandate with his ATB format and supercargo/inspector
details/copies of international passport as id.
3. Sellers bank confirms IBPU or Bank Payment Assurance Letter or
Bank Financial Capability Letter or RWA and issues Marine ATB and
Clearance to the buyers nominated inspectors/supercargo.
4. Seller assist Buyer onboard the loaded cargo in Nigeria
waters.
5. Upon confirmation of product, supercargo remains on board while
inspector comes down with product sample to conduct QnQ in Nigeria
waters.
6. After Q&Q test, inspection company releases report to both
buyer and seller.
7. Buyers bank issues full cargo Standby Letter of Credit or Letter
of Credit or Bank Guaranty (SBLC/LC/BG MT**0/MT**3.
8. Sellers bank confirms the SBLC/LC/BG MT**0/MT**3 from buyers
bank.
9. Seller changes all the cargo documents to buyers name.
*0. Seller introduces buyer to the vessel handlers and buyer
re-charters the vessel.
*1. Buyers bank makes payment for the full cargo by KTT wire
Transfer to sellers bank account and all the agents/facilitators as
contained in the SPA.
*2. Seller and all the agents/facilitators as contained in the spa
confirm payment in their respective bank accounts.
*3. Seller releases cargo documents and loaded vessel is allowed to
sails to destination.
*4. Next transaction commences.
