left part of the sensor(with the letter L on that part) is on your
left,and the right part of the sensor is on your right side.
2.After you wear this product,Please Switch on
the Bluetooth feature of your cell phone.(Don't search device on
your cell phone.Search device on the app)
3.Open the sport app such as Wahoo fitness,and
try to pair the product with the app instead of the cell
phone.
4.then you can find out your heart rate value on
the app.
A tip on pairing,Please make sure that your cell
phone meets either one of those two requirement below:
1.For Android 4.3 or above,and the cell phone
support Bluetooth 4.
2.For Iphone 4S/5/5C/5S/6/6S/6 PLUS/6S
