Dear Sirs, We' like to present you our company “Bulgarian Snails” / Balgarski ohlyuvi LLC. Our head office is based in Varna, Bulgaria. After 2 years of successful activity in breeding, selecting and processing snails, we are able to offer a wide variety of processed quality meat and caviar form snails. Our snails are from the type Helix Aspersa Maxima (Gros-Gris). These types of snails are delicious for consumption and with guaranteed taste. We offer you the following high quality products: - Hibernated snails with expiration period of *2 months, temperature **4 C - Blanched deep frozen snails / biled frozen snail meat with expiration period of *4 months, temperature **8 C - Shells - Snail caviar with expiration period of 9 months, temperature **5 C Our snails are reproduced and hatched in special rooms – hatch chambers, where hygiene, temperature and humidity are strictly controlled. Snails are grown in ecological region, no nearby industry, freely moving and fed with selected vegetation, kept in outdoor areas with restricted access of insects and other pests. Our experience and continuous technology improvement enabled us to diversify our activities to cover the whole cycle of growing and processing. Thanks to the guaranteed high quality and increase of demand, our snails farm works in close cooperation with other snail farms from different regions in Bulgaria. Our partner in processing the meat is one of the most modern factories, certified for quality with all European standards, ISO and HACCP. The snails are processed in a hibernated condition and then manually cleaned.
