-          We need CIF procedure
-          Price *2/6 (3*3) buyer has accept this price and commission ratio, with next split:
 
Seller mandate, intermediaries 2.5 USD
Consultant company/seller side 0.5 USD (closed)
Buyer side 3 USD (closed)
 
-          We need clean and simple procedures, mandatory 2% PB
-          The official NCND/IMFPA from ICC before the SPA is signed by  buyer /mandatory
-          Buyer pay commission for buyer side
-          No deposits or upfront payment…
 
If you have interest to offer us needed product with this terms please do send me PPOP, full SPA and PP (if possible in last 6 months) so we can check the seller on DD!
 
For your convenience I enclosed sanitized SPA just for you to see, the procedure do not need to be the same but it would be good to be similar or better for both sides…
