We currently have 1 vessel with 1.2 million barrels priced at  - $6 net to buyer. You can do a TTO or CIF. Payment is via Sight LC and the cargo is available immediately. Please let me know if you want to purchase this cargo.

Purchase Procedure

1.    Buyer advises seller of full buyer’s details, name of bank that will issue payment instrument and destination port. Buyer also issues a ICPO

2.    Seller issues draft contract, invoice signed and sealed by the Seller and sent to the Buyer.

3.    Buyer signs, seals and returns to Seller. SPA should be lodged into Seller's Bank.  Buyer lodges the same with his Bank. The electronically signed and sealed contract is legally binding and enforceable.

4.    Buyer’s Bank within 3 (three)Banking days contacts Seller’s bank with an irrevocable Sight Letter of Credit covering the value of the shipment of 1,**0,**0 BBLS. 

5.    The Seller shall provide electronic copies of the (Proof of Product) documents, including and not limited to the following (to the buyer):

a.    Bill of Lading.
b.    Master’s Receipt for Samples.
c.    Cargo Manifest.
d.    Tanker Ullage Report.
e.    Tanker time sheet.
f.    Customs Clearance Certificate.
g.    Charter Party Agreement for Nominating Vessel.
h.    Q*8 of Chartered Vessel.
i.    Programming
j.    Laycan
k.    Copy of the NNPC Laycan advice including advice from vessel's owner for verification

6.    For TTO, loaded vessel sails to International waters, alternatively, for CIF, Loaded vessel sails to buyer’s destination port.

*0.    Once the vessel arrives at the buyer’s destination port, the seller will issue an ATB to Buyer's independent inspectors and supercargo within *4 hours to load and inspect the cargo before payment is made.

*1.    Buyer's supercargo and inspectors go on board vessel to conduct Quantity & Quality test. The inspection report is made available to Buyer and seller. 

*2.    Re-assignment of cargo is done in buyer's name and CPA issued, signed by Buyer and returned to the Seller. All Original documents are then handed over to the buyer's bank from seller’s bank and LC is processed.




Bonny Light oil is a high grade of Nigerian crude oil with high API gravity (low specific gravity), produced in the Niger Delta basin and named after the prolific region around the city of Bonny.

The very low sulfur content of Bonny Light crude makes it a highly desired grade for its low corrosiveness to refinery infrastructure and the lower environmental impact of its byproducts in refinery effluent. Other grades of Nigerian crude oil we market are Qua Iboe crude oil, Brass River crude oil, and Forcados crude oil. The Bonny Light is in high demand specifically by American and European refineries.
