2.Buyer returns signed SPA and both parties deposit copies of signed SPA with respective banks.
3.Buyer provides details of storage location/port of discharge.
4.Seller issues NOR/ETA
5.Buyer swifts MT**0 for entire cargo
6.Vessel sails to port of discharge or Q and Q location.
7.Q&Q is conducted at buyers’ expense.
8.Buyer swifts MT **3 for the entire cargo
9.The above procedure shall be maintained on rollover basis; however, any amendment based on trust shall be mutually agreed by all parties concerned.
