The brakes (brake lining) is generally composed of steel plate, insulation layer and adhesive friction blocks, steel plate after coating to rust, coating process using SMT*4 temperature tracker to detect the temperature distribution of the coating process to ensure quality. The heat insulation layer is made of non heat transfer material for the purpose of heat insulation. The friction block is composed of a friction material and an adhesive, and the friction is extruded on the brake disc or brake drum when braking, so as to achieve the purpose of deceleration and braking of the vehicle. Because of friction, the friction blocks will gradually wear down. Generally, the lower the cost of the brake pads, the faster they will wear.
