PAYMENTS TERMS: Confirmed, Revolving, Transferable, Irrevocable divisible  **0 % at sight payable at Sellers bank, from top *0 bank. The Seller within *0 (ten) working days from receiving the Letter of Credit,  will issue a 2% Performance Bond (PB)  in favor of  buyer.
 
PRODUCEDURES:
 
1) Buyer issues a LOI/RWA
2) Seller issues FCO
3) Buyer sign seal and return the FCO
4) Seller issues Draft Contract
5) Buyer sign seal and return the Contract, seller sign the Contract and return to the Buyer
6) Buyer and Seller deposit a copy of the executed Contract to their
respective Banks.
7) Within *2 hours the buyer should deposit the payment instruments to the seller’s bank.
8) Within *8 hours Seller's Bank sends Proof of Products (POP) + PB 2% via Swift Bank to Bank methods to the Buyer’s Bank
