Bridge Loan for the SBLC

If the Client does not have the funds to secure the instrument, North  will arrange for the funds via a Bridge Loan through a Private Lending relationship.

 
The program is Bank Instrument Financing.  The instruments utilized to secure the development funding are cash backed, not leased instruments.
The lender secures the instrument on a per project basis.  The Client does not need to have an Instrument Provider.  The lender assigns the owned bank instrument to its syndicated group of investors.  The Investment Group discounts the instrument to ~*0% of value and in turn provides the funds to the main lender for use on the project.  The main lender must have **0% of the face value of the instrument in escrow prior to receiving the instrument.
