BungyPump Power is a training pole with 8 inches built-in suspension system provides resistance equivalent to *2 lbs. When training with BungyPump *0% of the bodys muscles are activated and a *7% increase in calorie burn compared to regular walking. BungyPump trains fitness and strength at the same time, while still being soft and gentle on shoulders and elbows. It can be used by everyone regardless of age, fitness level and gender.
