Cellulase Powder for denim finishing processing Toyanim T-A1 is a fully formulated powder cellulase produced by submerged fermentation of a Humicola micro-organism. It is designed for denim finishing and bio-finishing of cotton knit. Toyanim T-A1 is a free-flowing, buffered and readily soluble powder neutral cellulase. It is a brownish products but the color intensity is not an indication of product strength. Toyanim T-A1 is a non-food products intended for technical application Toyanim T-A1 is a ready-to-use product for the abrasion of denim (stonewashing). It offers the following character: 1. High quality garment finish (contrast). 2. Low degree of Indigo backstaining. 3. Optimum strength retention. 4. High degree of reproducibility and reliability. Toyanim T-A1 us a fully formulated product and needs no further auxiliaries. Toyanim T-A1 is formulated with anti-redeposition agents to ensure minimal backstaining, and is buffered with a phosphate system aimed at maintaining pH **8 during washing. Suggested process conditions are: Toyanim T-A1 dosage **2% ***** 4:*- *0:1 Temperature ****5 ℃ Treatment time ****5 minutes pH 6.**7.5 The enzyme treatment should be terminated by a thorough detergent wash-off. For complete inactivation, run *5 minutes with **2 g/l soda ash (pH≧*0 ) at *0℃.
