A cenosphere is a lightweight , sometimes called microsphere (float ash, micro sphere fly ash, hollow cenosphere) is a by-product from coal ash( fly ash ). These hollow light weight spheres are produced around the world. Most all of the cenospheres are recovered from fly ash pools from the coal fired power plant(thermal plants) . The color varies from gray to almost white and their density is about 0.*0.9 g/cm³, all these property give it a widely application for insulation,refractory, oil drilling,coating,construction, plastic, rubber and other polymers use.
