In case of significant increases in the price of the raw materials or lack of raw materials, as well as in any situation that might influence the final prices of the Products, the Seller is entitled to modify accordingly the price for any Products, provided it notifies the Buyer *0 days prior to such amendment.

Quantity order : Minimum *0 ft container

Packaging : 1 Kg = **8 pieces in inner plastic and four color inner box with buyer brand name printed on it design and name will be provided by Buyer.
Product comes in *5 inner boxes per master case or as request. Master case will be brown color, corrugated carton printed on it in black ink with Buyer brand name, logo and barcode.

Payment : For the first and second order we use TT

• The purchase price will be paid with Down Payment (DP) *0% of the total cost at the time of Purchase Order issued by the Buyer and the balance payment of *0% 3 days before loading into container or maximum, at time we load.
• Payment will be performed into the Sellers bank account provided under on the present agreement.
• Any bank fees, charges and expenses will be borne by the Buyer.
