PP-extruded paper cups are the mainstay of Totempak's current product lineup. Utilizing temperature-resistant Polypropylene (PP) as a coating material rather than the industry-standard Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE), Totempak cups circumvent the traditional problem of plasticizer contamination to beverages and foodstuffs at temperatures higher than *0 degrees Celsius - the point at which LDPE begins to unravel. Our PP-extruded paperboard is certified by the TÜV Rheinland for temperature resistance to **1 degrees Celsius, and by the SGS for microwaveable safety to **0 seconds at ***0W. Non-toxic water-based inks ensure that rub-off from printed surfaces pose no risk to consumer health.
