Control
The control has been designed and realized for its use on various kind of production
machines operating at high speed. Its design and versatility make it ideal whenever a production process will require that manufactured products receive precision applications of cold glues by means of programmable glue guns.

The control can memorize up to *9 different gluing patterns and may operate up to four independent glue guns (channels), each one having the possibility to produce 8 different glue lengths. The glue guns may deposit glue lines or glue dots up to a programmed speed at which dots will, automatically, convert to lines.

This equipment may run with the use of a machine speed detector (encoder) whenever machines may run at variable speeds or in mode timer, without the encoder, if machines are designed to run at constant speed.
The working cycle commence with the “start” (sensor) reading the first blank to glue. At this point, the control will activate the glue guns as defined by the programme set for each gun. The same sequence is then repeated for all following single blanks.
Positioning and quantity of glue dots or lines are all exactly obtained thanks to the encoder which,
permanently feeding the control unit with the current machine speed, will permit the constant monitoring of correct gluing at any speed.

Being the control unit provided with four single photocells or start sensors , each glue gun may be employed with a specific own “start”.
The function “window” will permit appropriate gluing of blanks carrying parts in absence of carton’s continuity (windows, cuts, etc) which, otherwise, would cause misreading of a “start” signal.

The equipment is also provided with a ***0 mA output for the employment of a proportional valve which will permit to compensate the pressure and, consequently, the quantity of the glue output in function of speed variations.
Also, potential glue lines misplacement due to speed variations may be compensated by programming appropriate compensation values, in milliseconds, whose value will depend on kind of glue gun employed and its distance from the product to glue.

The test function /washing/purging) permits to perform, directly from the unit, a guns cleaning cycle very useful after long stop periods or just a gun efficiency verification.

The friendly programming procedures, an LCD touch screen, all make the learning of the basic functions of the equipment extremely simple.
From keyboard is also possible to define, without stopping the machine, the size of glue dots and correct placing of glue lines.

Electric gun 

Electric gun is designed to dispense glue on where an high application speed is required.
This gun is versatile and it can be used with different type of glue or fluid, with low/medium viscosity.
The gun is controlled by a microprocessor or a proper control accepted by yaotian
The gun is electrical controlled by coil that pull the needle open to dispense the glue and is closed by a spring to stop gule dispense.
The gun dispenses dots or glue lines, that depend of signal coming from the control.

The compressed air driven piston pump delivers with upwards and downwards strokes and thereby creates and extremely consistent glue pressure. Due to quick regulation, the glue application remains constant even during changes in the production regulation speed. The interated pressure monitor automatically initiates and alarm if the pressure deviates from the set value. Afine filter at the pump output traps the smallest foreigh particles and protects the dispensing system.
