Complete Crushing Plant includes vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher or cone crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyors, control panel, etc. According to different users’ request, we also supply hopper, dust system(collector), generator, cables. Lordz offer complete crushing plants with capacity vary from *0tph to **0tph. For complete crushing plant, we have two general plants. One is stone crushing plant, another one is sand making plant. 1. Stone crushing plant Stone crushing plant includes vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyors, control panel, etc. If it is required, we also offer hopper, cable, generator, dust collector, etc. For stone crusher plant, now we supply integrated plant with capacity from *0tph to **0tph. When material was loaded in the hopper, the vibrating feeder will feed it to the primary jaw crusher evenly and continuously for the primary crushing. After the primary crushing, the crushed material will be transported to the impact crusher or cone crusher for secondary crushing. The crushed material will be transferred to the vibrating screen for separation. After separation, the required size will be transferred to stock piles. While the rejected size will be returned to the secondary crusher for further processing until it passes the screen mesh. This complete processing forms a closed circuit. Of course, after the primary crushing, we can transport the crushed material to the vibrating screen for separation, and the rejected size will be transported to the secondary crusher for processing. The machine configuration is flexible based on final product percentages.
