Clause *1.*1. CIF Contract procedures PRICE:USD**0NET

-seller sends SCO for buyer acceptance
-buyer accepts SCO and issue LOI(letter of intent) to seller) with company profile.
-upon acceptance of letter of intent  
*1.1. Seller sends the draft contract to the buyer.
*1.2. Parties are signing, stamping and sealing contract in electronic format, scanned copy only (no Word Format) and lodge in the bank
*1.3. seller issues partial proof of product document namely
- Allocation letter,
-commitment to supply letter  
-Registered product certificate by,(SGS/SON) (applicable for nigeria only)
-product certficate of quality  (applicable for other countries)
-Certificate of incorporation
-export permit license 
- Invoice

*1.4. Within 2 banking days Upon Confirmation and receive of Seller proof of partial product document from seller ,buyers bank releases **0% prepayment *5days prior to loading against sellers invoice via MT**3 /t/t wire transfer to sellers bank account for first  lift of *0,**0MT

*1.5. Within three (3) banking days upon receive of **0% prepayment.. seller manufactures product and NOMINATES a vessel for buyers acceptances
*1.6. Upon buyers acceptance seller then transport product by train to the nominated vessel in favor of the buyer . Seller then loads the vessel and transport the vessel to buyers destination port  along with the fully loaded shipping original documents on 

buyers/seller name, and vessel captain shall issue the first N.O.R (Notice of readiness) via radio, email .fax, telex or with any direct telecommunication line to buyers port control authority signaling her departure and arrival (ETA) and to enable the continues communication with the buyers port control authority with the vessel captain

 

*1.7. Upon arrival to the buyers port , vessel captain shall issue NOR (notice of readiness) followed by Marine authority to board (MATB) to buyer Discharge port authorities, harbor master, inspectors and shipping agent

 

*1.8. Buyer inspector and shipping agent proceed to board the vessel, inspect and discharge/offload product out of the vessel

 

*1.9. Seller pays all intermediaries assigned to the contract

 

*1.*0. Next subsequent shipments begin according to contract procedure within *0 days until fully contracted quantity is shipped and delivered
