seller sells and ships  copper cathodes and copper ores on CIF or FOB terms.
The  copper cathode is LME standard  but not LME registered.
Buyer is welcome to come to view, inspect the goods and then  buy the goods before shipment done.
Even on CIF procedure we still welcome an interested and ready capable buyer or buyer’s mandate to come for the table to table meeting (TTM) with the seller at the seller’s office/ port of loading to view physically, do inspection, re- testing/ re-verifications of the Gold and signing and sealing of the contract at the seller’s office table before export/shipment to the buyer’s destination is executed.
