KFDF series Deep Bed Filter has the similar components as the Flat Bed Filter, this machine consists of fluid tank, waste cloth case, non- woven synthetic filter fabric (normally called filter cloth), driving system, signal system, rotary drum, reducer and liquid pump etc. This machine can replace filter cloth automatically, the machine will stop running after replacing of filter cloth, then start a new filtering cycle. If the chain and silk net, under stitching of rotary drum, on the driving system of the KFDF series Deep Bed filter is in arc state, the non- woven cloth covered on them is in arc state too, which makes the dirty liquid level higher, increasing utilization ratio of filter cloth and decreasing machine foot area.
