Procedure:

1. Seller sends FCO
2. Buyer and Seller sign the FCO
3. The Buyer or Buyers Representative will make arrangement to travel to Dar es Salaam to meet the Seller and view the goods physically.
4. The Buyer can do evaluation of the stones with his or her gemologists or obtain samples from the total consignment for testing purposes only at any local testing laboratory, e.g. SEAMIC testing laboratories.
5. Buyer is allowed to bring his own testing equipment.
6. After satisfactory inspection, Buyer pays the total consignment value either by cash or TT to seller.
7. Seller will release the goods immediately after he receives the cash payment or confirms the TT payment on his bank account.
