In manufacture technics, the Company has imported a series of high tech equipments, which are advanced in the world such as CMM (coordinatemeasuring machine) from Leader Metrology Instruments Co., Ltd. USA, **0 ton high precision die spotting press, imported high-speedmachining center directly from Taiwan China, high-precision low-speed mirror surface electronic pulse machine from South Korea, WEDM-LSetc.

On the other hand, the Company has imported all kinds of inspection instruments for all steps of mould production or sample testing, such asmetallographic analyzer, metal defect detecting machine, metal hardness testing machine, aluminum hardness tester, and tensile strength tester,etc. We have already got the ISO***1:***0 QS certification in ***7.

The Company has the ability to manufacture ***0t die casting tool. At present, we are making die casting tools for many world well-known autocompanies, such as Shanghai Volkswagen, Audi, Toyota, Volvo, Hafei, Jinbei, Dongfeng,etc. The Company is also supplying all kinds of diecasting tools for Motorola, Ericsson, Philips and other famous electronic companies for their products.
