Our dried catfish are oven dried under very hygenic conditions and monitored to be free of carbon monoxide because the oven is sealed and heat conducted into it using thermal conduction transfer technique.The fish are cultured in ponds and feed with artificial feeds under conditions with global acceptance for a duration between 6 - 7 months. Our packaging is done under excellent conditions to preserve our brand and keep out product free from contamination during handling and transportation to customers.
