Application:

Series ZYD Double-stage vacuum Transformer oil purifier machine is mainly used for purifying the insulating oil, transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil, dielectric oil and so on.
Series ZYD Double-stage vacuum Transformer oil purifier machine adopts the double stages vacuum system, which can improve the machine working vacuum value highly, so it can remove the water, gas and impurities in transformer oil high-efficiently, increasing and maintain the oil's dielectric strength higher, make sure the electric device running safely.

1. Besides vacuum pump, this machine install Roots pump vacuum system, which speed evacuation, make limiting vacuum ≤ 5Pa, working vacuum ≤*5Pa.
2. Large area three-dimensional flash distillation technique, advance dewatering and degassing system, which remove water and gas quickly and completely.
3. UK G technology, by which the trace water that is show chain, such as dissolved water, can be removed effectively
4. Instinctively removing impurities system filtering through the double FH trapezoidal network and absorbing by high polymer without mechanical power
5. Argon fiber infrared heating system that can make the oil contain zero sum of ethyne after the treatment.
6. Advanced infrared oil level control system and pressure protection device make operation simple and safe.
7. The equipment is installed with auto alarming system, it will give out alarm and stop the whole machine when electrical motor is overloaded, vacuum pump and oil pump overloaded, heater overloaded and pressure abnormal.

1) A trinity of interlocked preventive device.
This device interlocking with oil vacuum pump, oil pump and heater together. It is able to automatically lock the oil purifier machine when the vacuum pump, oil pump or heater whatever any part have problem, it can completely avoid oil purifier burn without oil, or oil running out or leakage of electricity. So it can protect the oil purifier operate safety under any circumstance.
2) Pressure protection device.
Our oil purifier machine have pressure protection device. Generally, the working pressure is less than 0.3Mpa. When pressure is more than 0.3Mpa, the machine will stop work automatically. it means the filters need cleaning or replace.
3) Our machine adopt Phase protection device.
