We are a grower of Cassava Chips used to make Ethanol. We will have the capacity to produce **0,**0 MTs per year, and can produce our first crop prior to our ethanol production requirement. We can produce the crop in approximately 8 months, which is currently estimated to start planting in January ***5 and complete the harvest August / September ***5.
 
If we were to produce this crop, and if this crop met the needs and standards of your requirements, would you have an interest to buy the full crop? Would you be willing to produce a letter demonstrating your financial capacity? The crop would sell substantially less than current market value at $**0 USD per metric ton. This price is FOB from our own port in Honduras, with Gulf of Mexico access.

An exclusivity contract can be signed, so as to avoid the crop being sold to a higher bidder prior to the delivery to the owner of the future contract. A money deposit would be required upon contract signing (fully refundable if non-performance at the time of delivery), otherwise the future contract will be non-binding and subject to price change.
