A***5 Rubber Binder is designed for binding rubber granules in the production of synthetic and flexible sports surfacing applied by wet-pouring system (running tracks, tennis courts, etc...)

A***5 PU Rubber Binder is also suitable for adhering rubber, metal, PVC, wood, cement, carpet.

A***5 PU Rubber Binder is ready for using as supplied and should be mixed with dry rubber granules as follow;

A***5 binder -  %*0 by weight
Rubber granules -  %*0 by weight

The cure times varies with temprature and humudity. High tempreture and high humudity decrease curing time.
