Product Description

Brief Introduction：

The biggest problem of the most currently existing artificial sand production line is out flow rate of the fine sand which above 0.*0mm are fatal, the proportion can reach more than *0% sometime. The flowing out decreases the quality of sand, it cause poor sand grading and rough modulus. Excessive sand emission also pollute the environment.

LZ Series Sand recycling machine manages to resolve this flaw which stated below.

Working principle:

Through rubber pipes sand and water mixture is extracted from cleaning tank into slurry pump. The fine sand is collected by the centrifugal force of the cyclone, then fed to the polyurethane screen from the apex spray. The 0.**3mm fine sand and water are efficiently separated through the vibration screen. The waste water will flow back to the return box, through weld chute or pipes flowing to a settling pond.
