 ELECTRIC HOIST

FEATURE

1.Motor

It is featured with **-min work rating and class F insulation.

2.Forging steel structure

It is up to the Japanese Industrial Standard BB ********7 IV and V class.

3.Dual brake system -Electromagnetic brake and mechanical brake

Electromagnetic brake system,which is a new braking system,use the non-asbestos brake linings to extend maintenance interval greatly. It is tested more than *2,**0 times without adjustments.

Advantage:Two sets of complete and mutually independent brake system not only increase the security, but also help to heat dissipation.

4.Chain wheel

It is made up of alloy steel and dealt with heat treatment. It has passed *9,**0 times wear test.

5.Chain

The surface of chain is dealt with case carburization. It contains Si Ni Mo. The inside material is softened.

Advantage: It is resistant to corrosion and it stands wear and tear when used in the rain water,sea water,the chemical and other bad conditions.

6.Screw gear

It is made up of alloy steel and dealt with heat treatment.

Advantage: It can reduce the impact of gear occlusion and extend its life.

7.Gear box

MODE electric chain hoist applies Oil-bath lubrication type gearbox to it.

Advantage: The oil-bath lubricates the gears continuously and also acts as a coolant for the mechanical brake.

8.Overload limit protector

It can protect itself from overload and low-load.

9.Anti-phase protection relay

When power wire is misconnected, the anti-phase protection relay can protect machine from damage.
