Oil and gas pressure sensor is important sensor component which is
mainly used in automobile and engineering machinery for measurement
and control of engine oil
pressure and gas brake, it is one of the sensors in dosage.
Currently it is widely used as slide wire type or bimetallic strip
structured oil pressure gauge. The sensor consists
of a corrugated diaphragm and a slip line potentiometer. When the
pipeline hydraulic or air pressure changes, corrugated diaphragm
produces displacement, drives the
touching spot on the potentiometer sliding, changes its resistance
value, so as to realize the dial pressure indicator.
But this kind of pressure sensor has a mechanical touching spot,
the touching spot passes the largest l*0mA current, when the
automobile runs with high speed or
equipment operates with high power, the actual working condition of
the pressure sensor is very bad, more than ***0 ℃ high temperature,
below **0 ℃ low temperature,
and frequent shock, vibration, overload, etc., this makes the
sensor's mechanical and electrical life are severely affected, this
is the main factor why the reliability and life
expectancy of current domestic product is low, and this is a htac
technology bottleneck pressing for solution of automobile and
engineering machinery pressure control
instrumentation.

This oil and gas pressure sensor module is mainly composed of a
pressure sensor component, application-specific integrated circuit,
MCU, PWM output, it can accurately

Introduction:

Products with special medium layer of full digital silicon sensing

flow pipe or container, the guiding mouth of pressure sensor can be

Working principle:
This product adopts full digital silicon sensing component with
special medium layer, can be long-term under high temperature oil
media. Because the silicon sensor has
excellent elastic performance, no mechanical moving parts, it can
ensure long-term reliable operation at any auto parts. Driven by
PWM mode header, fully compatible with
the original moving-coil pointer table and various types of lamp,
and completely overcome the mechanical sensors' contact erosion,
disconnection, leakage fault caused by
the mechanical wear.
Because this product is very light in weight, it can be directly
installed on the flow pipe or container, the guiding mouth of
pressure sensor can be customized according to
users' need, directly screwing into process pipelines, about
electrical fittings, we can supply line pressing nut, standard
insert or all kinds of splices according to users'
needs.
