·Wonderful
ethyne compressor is manufactured according to GB*****1 design
standards of ethyne stations, ZBJ****0 technological conditions of
dissolves ethyne compressors. It is a upright, reciprocating piston
and water-cooled compressor that has a cross head. Gas is inhales
in normal atmospheric pressure and compressed to 2.*5Mpa by
three-grade compressing. Gas is cooled and free water is separated.
Thus discharging gas temperature does not exceed allowable and
compressor efficiency can be raised. The compressor is used to fill
cylinder in *0/h**0/h dissolved acetylene complete sets of
equipment.
The
compressor uses dⅡ
CT4 four grade explosion-proof
electrical machinery. Its transmission gearing is a static
electricity transmitting triangle belt that is of special use for
ethyne. The compressor has a controlling system of preventing
negative pressure and super high pressure warning and stopping
working.

carbon dioxide in store tank and fill into cylinder. It has these

maintenance, short starting time, low running noise, restarted
without discharging pressure due to the flow-through
design.
As the
part of materials prepared for cooling end does not fit the working
environment of oxygen medium, inflammable medium, explosive and
deep-cold medium, the pump can be used for conveying carbon
dioxide.
