Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the natural juice of the olive, obtained by the grinding of our varities, which are Manzanilla, Alberquin, Lechin and Picual, of unique quality.

The result is an olive oil of yellow gold-greenish color, fruity, mild, with sweetness of the ripe fruit, not too sour and not too spicy.

In order to obtain a maximum quality Extra Virgin Oil, the olives need to be harvested at their best stage of ripeness. We use a modern method which ensures the direct harvesting, avoiding the contact of the fruit with the soil. This allows us to obtain more fruity and low acid olive oil.
